As an Associate in Human Resources, you’ll be an integral part of our diverse and dynamic team, working closely with our UK & India team to support talent acquisition and HR needs. As an Executive HR at R.E.P.R.E.S.E.N.T India, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while serving as a strategic partner to our business units. You will be responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition, as well as providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees to drive organizational success.

Your role in the Revolution

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the selection of high-quality talent.
  • Drive Employee Referral program across the floor and update the referrers on a timely basis
  • Closely coordinating with hiring managers on the current & future role requirements
  • Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding activities.
  • Organize and run campus/college recruitment, walk – in drive whenever feasible.
  • Onboarding and Background verification

HR Business Partnering:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, providing HR support and solutions to address organizational challenges.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Partner with management to identify and address talent development and retention initiatives.

Employee Engagement and Development:

  • Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify training and development needs, and design and implement relevant programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition and HR strategies.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management, highlighting key HR metrics and trends.

Expertise you bring:

  • Qualifications: MBA HR or Equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Outstanding time management abilities, capable of prioritising tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.

Proven impact:

2-4 years in Talent Acquisition /HR

  • Good interpersonal & networking skills, capable of building genuine connections with candidates & employees.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Leads conversations with confidence, engaging actively.
  • Proactive mindset that showcases your ability to take initiative and deliver results, reflecting a confident approach in all tasks.
  • Target-oriented.
  • Proficient in computer skills, especially in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Consistently demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations in India.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.

Basics to join us:

  • Prior work experience in MNC & matrix organisation.
  • IT/ITES, Accounting industry is an advantage.

Additional information:

  • Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Annual leave: 18 days + 8 days of casual leave
